1 year lease with the first month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Garbage removal and Water/Sewer service is included with the rent. Building has locked entry for added security, and FREE Laundry facilities located on the first floor. Pets are allowed at this location with a signed pet agreement in place.

We require a minimum credit score of 650 and a monthly income(all residents combined) equal to 3 times the monthly rent charge.

Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $20 credit and background check.
