1 year lease with the first month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Garbage removal is included with the rent. Pets are welcome. Pets would require an additional deposit at signing equal to the rent, as well as add a $25 month pet fee.

We require a minimum credit score of 650 and a monthly income (all residents combined) equal to 3 times the monthly rent charge.

Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $20 credit and background check.
