1 year lease with the first month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Garbage removal and Water/Sewer service is included with the rent. Building has coin-op Laundry area located on the first floor. Up to 2 cats are welcome. Pets would require an additional deposit at signing equal to the rent, as well as add a $25 month pet fee (flat fee, not per pet). Off Street assigned parking for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional vehicles can use overflow parking in the back.
We require a minimum credit score of 650 and a monthly income(all residents combined) equal to 3 times the monthly rent charge.
Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $20 credit and background check. We would need an application from everyone over 18 years of age.
Residents of Meron Properties are required to have renter’s insurance which includes liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.
